摘要
基金会是我国社会组织的重要组成部分。国家政府层面的简政放权和放管服改革促使着诸如行业协会商会等官办社会组织的治理结构转型,嵌入式基金会的发展转型也由此开启。通过对J省C基金会进行跟踪考察,我们发现在其社会化转型的过程中出现了一系列的诸如人员流失、项目萎缩、影响力减弱等非预期性后果,甚至面临组织停滞的困境。运用组织场域和惯习理论来分析考察具有官方背景的嵌入式基金会的社会化转型过程,对于认识基金会转型的制约因素和潜在风险具有重要的理论和现实价值。
Foundations are important parts of social organizations. The reform of the decentralization and deregulation at the national government level has led to the transformation of the governance structure of government-organized organizations such as industry associations, and the development and transformation of the embedded foundation has also been opened. Based on the follow-up study of the C Foundation in J Province, we found that in the process of social transformation, there were a series of unintended consequences such as staff turnover, project shrinkage, weakening influence, and even the predicament of organizational stagnation. Using Organizational Field and Habitus theory to analyze the social transformation process of embedded foundations with official backgrounds has important theoretical and practical value for understanding the constraints and potential risks of foundations transformation.
