摘要
为了解决沁水盆地煤层气水平井钻进过程中,很难判断钻头在煤层中的位置,容易造成出层的问题,结合该地区煤层气水平井的实钻特点,运用随钻伽马、钻时、全烃等参数对沁水盆地煤层气井的标志层及煤层内剖面进行精细划分,并建立与之相对应的电性、综合录井曲线响应特征模型;在水平井施工过程中,通过标志层实钻数据与模型数据的分析对比,采用"地层动态倾角分析法"计算地层倾角,及时调整井眼轨迹,最终达到了快速钻进、提高煤层钻遇率的目的。
In order to solve the problem of drilling coal-bed gas horizontal well in Qinshui Basin,it is difficult to judge the position of bit in coal seam,and it is easy to cause bit drilling out of coal seam,combining with the actual drilling characteristics of coal-bed gas horizontal wells in this area,the marker beds and the coal seam profiles of coal-bed gas wells in Qinshui Basin are fine divided by using the parameters of gamma while drilling,drilling time,total hydrocarbon and so on.The corresponding response characteristic model of electrical and comprehensive mud logging curves is established.In the process of horizontal well construction,through the analysis and contrast of the real drilling data and the model data,formation dynamic dip analysis method is used to calculate the formation dip angle,and the borehole trajectory is adjusted in time.Finally,the purpose of rapid drilling and increasing the coal seam drilling rate is achieved.
