摘要
《中华人民共和国药典》记载含虎杖的中成药11种,其中除跌打镇痛膏为中药复方制剂,其余10种均为中成药。这11种药物包含口服制剂7种,外用制剂3种,内外兼用1种。目前,含虎杖的中成药中有双虎清肝颗粒、胆宁片、养阴降糖片、烧伤灵酊、维血宁合剂及疏风活络丸6个品种作为处方药管理,其余的均为非处方药。《中药部颁标准》记载的配伍虎杖的复方共有28首,复方用药的作用主要是活血化瘀、清热解毒、清利湿热、祛风通络、凉血止血、消痰化浊、利尿通淋、祛痰止咳,其中以活血化瘀为主要功效的复方和以清热解毒为功效的复方各10首,以祛风通络为主要功效的复方9首。含虎杖外用或内服的中成药,不良反应报道较少,提取物白藜芦醇不良反应也较少,因此,这些药物相对于其他同适应证药物来说,安全系数相对较高。
In Pharmacopoeia of the People＇s Republic of China,there are 11 kinds of proprietary Chinese medicines containing Polygonum cuspidatum. Among them,except for Dieda Zhentong Cream being a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation,all of the other 10 are proprietary Chinese medicines. In these 11 drugs,there are 7 kinds of oral preparations,3 kinds of external preparations,and 1 type for both internal and external use. At present,among the proprietary Chinese medicines containing Polygonum cuspidatum,there are 6 varieties are used as prescription drugs,namely,Shuanghu Qinggan Granule,Daning Tablet,Yangyin Jiangtang Tablet,Shaoshang Ling Ding,Weixuening Mixture and Shufeng Huoluo Pill,and the rest are non-prescription drugs.There are 28 compound combinations of Polygonum cuspidatum recorded in the Standards of Traditional Chinese Medicine by China Ministry. The role of the compound medication is mainly to promote blood circulation and remove stasis,clearing away Heat and detoxification,clearing Dampness and Heat,dispelling Wind and dredging collaterals,cooling Blood to stop bleeding,eliminating Phlegm and Turbidity,inducing diuresis for treating stranguria,dispelling Phlegm and relieving cough. Among them,There are 10 compoundes with the functions of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and 10 compoundes with the functions of clearing away Heat and detoxification,and 9 compounds with the main effect of dispelling Wind and dredging collaterals. Chinese patent medicines containing Polygonum cuspidatum both in external or internal use are reported to have fewer adverse reactions.There are few reports about the adverse reactions of resveratrol,the extract of Polygonum cuspidatum. Therefore,these drugs have a relatively high safety compared with other drugs with the same indications.
