摘要
慢性咽炎属于临床多发病,以病程长,易反复为特点。中医治疗慢性咽炎方面应以辨证为准绳,明病因、抓主症,精准治疗。咽部不利合并血瘀证治疗以血府逐瘀汤为主方,活血化瘀利咽为治疗大法;脾阳被遏,郁火内生导致郁火上结于咽喉,治疗以升阳散火汤调和肝脾,发散郁火;反流性食管炎引起胃气上逆,上冲咽喉出现的咽部不利,以半夏厚朴汤治疗为首。
Chronic pharyngitis is a common clinical disease characterized by long course and easy relapse. TCM treatment for chronic pharyngitis should be based on syndrome differentiation,the cause of disease,catching the main symptoms,and precise treatment. For laryngopathy combined with blood stasis in throat,Blood Stasis Expelling Decoction is often used to activate blood circulation and remove stasis and ease the throat. If the spleen yang is restrained,the endogenous stagnation of fire will cause stagnation in the throat. Yang-Raising and Fire-Removing Decoction is often used to harmonize the liver and spleen,dispel stagnation of fire.For laryngopathy due to reflux esophagitis leading to stomach qi rushing up to the throat,Pinellia and Officinal Magnolia Bark Decoction is first adopted.
