摘要
1958年全国大炼钢铁，烧伤伤员大增，以普外、创伤和整形外科医师为核心，多学科合作组成烧伤抢救组，逐步发展完善建成独立学科。广大烧伤学科医护人员怀着大爱与责任，在实践中学习、研讨，不断提升，敢于突破、创新。当年上海广慈医院（现上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院）抢救烧伤总面积89％体表总面积（TBSA）、Ⅲ度烧伤面积23％TBSA炼钢工人邱财康首获成功，改写了世界纪录，紧接着重庆、西安、北京等地医院捷报频传。中国现代烧伤学科从1958年起步至今走过了60年，几代人结合临床开展实验研究，建立了中华医学会烧伤外科学分会，创办了学术刊物，创建了严重烧伤中国治疗方案，治疗水平处于世界领先地位，丰富了世界烧伤医学宝库!
In 1958, with the national steelmaking, the number of burn victims greatly increased. With general surgery, trauma, and plastic surgeons as the core, a burn rescue group formed through multi-disciplinary cooperation, which gradually developed into an independent discipline. With great love and responsibility, the vast number of medical and nursing staff of burn discipline learned and discussed in practice, who were con-stantly improving and daring to break through and innovate. At that time, Qiu Caikang, the steel-making worker, with 89% to-tal body surface area （TBSA） of total burn area and 23% TBSA of full-thickness burn, was rescued in Shanghai Guangci Hospi-tal （now known as Ruijin Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong Univer-sity School of Medicine） , which was the first to succeed, rewri-ting the world record, followed by successful reports from hospi- tals in Chongqing, Xi＇an, Beijing, and other places. The mod-ern Chinese burn discipline has gone through 60 years since its inception in 1958. Several generations have carried out experi- mental research in combination with clinical practice, estab-lished the Society of Burn Surgery of the Chinese Medical Asso-ciation and academic journals, created a treatment program for severe burns in China with treatment level in the world＇s leading position, enriching the world＇ s treasure trove of burn medicine!
