摘要
该文分析模块化多电平变换器(modularmultilevel converters,MMC)基于模型的故障诊断方法及其鲁棒性问题。提出基于增量预测模型检测故障环流特征而判断故障,再通过比较电容电压值与桥臂子模块电容电压均值之间差值而定位故障的故障诊断方法。建立环流的增量预测模型,提出环流预测误差矫正、多步预测及三段式误差补偿方法以消除由模型参数不准确、采样误差和外部干扰造成的检测结果偏差,给出故障诊断参数的设计原则。最后,搭建桥臂子模块数为4个的单相MMC实验样机进行实验研究,实验结果验证了基于增量预测模型的子模块功率管开路故障诊断策略具有鲁棒性强的优点。
The robustness of the fault diagnosis method based on the model was analyzed for the Modular Multilevel converters. The faults were detected by means of comparing the average value of the difference between the predictive value and the measured value with the threshold value using the incremental predictive model, and the faults were located by comparing the difference between the capacitor voltage of submodule and the average voltage of submodules with the threshold value. The incremental predictive model of the circulating current was established. In order to improve the robustness of fault detecting, correction method, multi-step prediction method and three-stage compensation method were proposed to compensate the uncertainties of the parameter and the measurement errors, and eliminate disturbances. The principle of parameter design for the fault diagnosis method was given. The experiment results using single-phase MMC prototype with four SMs per arm verify that the proposed method is characterized by strong robustness.
