摘要
从目前国内轨道交通类专业实施现代学徒制现状进行剖析，结合我校城市轨道交通专业发展现状，探讨城轨机电专业建设现代学徒制的思路与方法。
After analyzing the implementation of modem apprenticeship status quo in rail transit specialty in China, the ideas and methods of constructing modern apprenticeship are discussed in urban - rail mechanical and e- lectrical major, combined with the development status of urban - rail transit specialty in our college, and some inno- vative methods such as double -teaching and bilateral appraisal are put forward in the paper.
