摘要
农业是乡村振兴战略的重点,中共十九大报告指出要深化供给侧结构性改革。在此背景下,对京津冀区域农业产业链协同发展的研究也是"三农"的焦点之一。针对京津冀存在的问题,找出京津冀区域农业产业链供给侧结构性改革的着力点和京津冀农业产业链协同发展的着力点,提出不断完善信息化基础建设和建立农业标准体系等保障措施。
In the background of the rural revitalization strategy and the structural reform of supply-side,the research on ＂the coordinated development of regional agricultural industry chain is one of ＂the focu-ses of ＂the issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area. The paper not only suggests ＂the focus of ＂the structur-al reform of supply-side and ＂the coordinated development of ＂the regional agricultural industry chain in Bei-jing, Tianjin and Hebei,but puts forward such safeguard measures as perfecting ＂the information infrastruc-ture construction and establishing ＂the agricultural standards system.
