摘要文章论述了煤焦供应链中多参与主体协同中遇到的问题，研究了一种全局为重、目标相容、协调各方利益条件下构建的跨行业计划协同体系，介绍了在这种体系下的实践过程，可以实现供应链系统和整体绩效的提高。
