摘要
为探讨经阴道二维子宫输卵管超声造影(2D-HyCoSy)联合四维子宫输卵管超声造影(4D-HyCoSy)诊断不育症妇女输卵管通畅性的效果,本研究选取80例(160例输卵管)不育症妇女作为研究对象,分别接受2D-HyCoSy和4D-HyCoSy检查,以腹腔镜下通液检查作为金标准,观察两种超声造影检查及二者联合应用诊断输卵管通畅性的价值。结果显示,2D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管闭塞的灵敏度为74.51%、特异度为81.65%、漏诊率为25.49%、误诊率为18.35%;4D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管闭塞的灵敏度为84.31%、特异度为88.07%、漏诊率为15.69%、误诊率为11.93%;2D-HyCoSy联合4D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管闭塞的灵敏度为98.04%、特异度为92.66%、漏诊率为1.96%、误诊率为7.34%。本研究说明2D-HyCoSy联合4D-HyCoSy诊断输卵管通畅性较二者单独应用具有更高的灵敏度和特异度,具有临床广泛推广的潜在价值。
To investigate the effect of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound contrast (2D-HyCoSy) and uterine tubal contrast-enhanced ultrasound (4D-HyCoSy) in the diagnosis of tubal patency in infertile women, 80 (160 fallopian tubes) infertile women were selected as the research objects, and received 2D-HyCoSy and 4D-HyCoSy examination respectively. Took laparoscopic hydrotubation examination as the gold standard and checked the value of these two contrast-enhanced ultrasound observation and combined method to diagnosis the tubal patency. It was found that 2D-HyCoSy had a diagnosis sensitivity of tubal occlusion at 74.51%, while the specificity was 81.65%, the misdiagnosis rate was 25.49%, the misdiagnosis rate was 18.35% respectively; for 4D-HyCoSy, the sensitivity was 84.31%, specificity was 88.07%, the misdiagnosis rate was 15.69% and the misdiagnosis rate was 11.93%; Fot the combination of 2D-HyCoSy and 4D-HyCoSy, the, the sensitivity is 98.04%. The specificity was 92.66%, the misdiagnosis rate was 1.96%, the misdiagnosis rate Was 7.34%. It could be indicated in this research that 2D-HyCoSy combined with 4D-HyCoSy in the diagnosis of fallopian tube patency has higher sensitivity and specificity than the two, it has potential value in clinical popularization.
