摘要
血清tPSA(prostate specific antigen,PSA)值升高反映血-前列腺屏障的完整性的破坏。闭合蛋白4(claudin-4,CLADN-4)是一般屏障中紧密连接的重要组成部分,为了探讨前列腺癌组织中闭合蛋白4与血-前列腺屏障的相关性,本研究收集2008年1月至2015年1月上海市浦东新区人民医院29例住院治疗前列腺癌患者的癌标本,均采用免疫组织化学方法检测癌组织中闭合蛋白4的表达,应用放射免疫法测定术前血清前列腺特异性抗原(tPSA)值,利用IPP(Image-pro plus)软件HSI选色系统分析闭合蛋白4表达强度与血清PSA值的相关性。研究显示,29例患者癌组织中均检测到闭合蛋白4阳性表达,且血清PSA值与闭合蛋白4表达强度具有显著相关性(p〈0.05)。本研究表明,闭合蛋白4在前列腺癌患者癌组织中的表达强度与血清PSA值相关,闭合蛋白4可能参与血-前列腺屏障的组成。
The elevated PSA in serum implies the disruption of the integrity of the blood-prostate barrier. The claudin-4 is an important component of tight junctions in the general barrier. In order to investigate the association of claudin-4 (CLADN-4) with the blood-prostate barrier in prostate cancer tissues, 29 prostate cancer cases was adopted from the people's hospital of Shanghai Pudong district with admission date during January 2008 to January 2015. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression ofclaudin-4 in cancer tissues. The preoperative serum prostate specific antigen (tPSA) value was determined by radioimmunoassay. The IPS (image-pro plus) software HSI color selection system was used to analyze the correlation between the expression level ofclaudin-4 and serum PSA. Research showed that the positive expression of claudin-4 was detected in the cancer tissues of 29 patients, and the serum PSA value was significantly correlated with the expression intensity of occludin-4 (/9〈0.05). This study revealed that the expression intensity ofclaudin-4 in cancer tissues of prostate cancer patients is related to serum PSA values, and claudin-4 may be involved in the composition of blood-prostate barrier.
