甘草酸制剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗药物性肝损伤疗效的Meta分析 被引量:10

Meta Analysis of Efficacy of Glycyrrhizic Acid Combined with Reduced Glutathione in the Treatment of Drug-Induced Liver Injury

摘要 目的系统评价甘草酸制剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗药物性肝损伤的疗效。方法检索Pubmed、Medline、中国知网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、谷歌学术、百度学术等数据库从2000年1月至2018年3月公开发表的文献。纳入包括异甘草酸镁、甘草二胺、复方甘草酸苷在内的甘草酸制剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽治疗药物性肝损伤的随机对照研究。由2名研究者独立筛查文献、提取资料并进行质量评价,采用Revman5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果经筛选共纳入7项随机对照试验,合计463例患者。Meta分析结果显示:试验组患者丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBil)均显著低于对照组,OR显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甘草酸制剂联合还原型谷胱甘肽可显著降低药物性肝损伤患者的ALT、AST、TBil水平,总有效率显著高于单用甘草酸制剂组。 Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of glycyrrhizic acid combined with reduced glutathione in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury.Methods The relevant randomized controlled trials were retrieved from PuMed,Medline,CNKI database,CBMdisc database,WanFang database,Chinese VIP database,Google Scholar and and Baidu from January 2000 to March 2018.Trials that compared the efficacy of glycyrrhizic acids including magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,glycyrrhizin and compound glycyrrhizinisoglycyrrhizinate and used in combination with reduced glutathione in the treatment of drug-induced liver injury were included.The quality evaluation and data extraction of included trials were completed by two independent investigators.Meta-analysis was performed with Review Manager Software5.3.Results Seven eligible trials involving 463 patients were included and assessed.According to the results of meta-analysis,levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate amino transaminase(AST)and total bilirubin(TBil)in the trial group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion Glycyrrhizic acid combined with reduced glutathione can significantly reduce the levels of ALT,AST and TBil in patients with drug-induced liver injury and the total effective rate is significantly higher than that in the single glycyrrhizin group.
