摘要
目的观察白内障玻璃体联合手术术终前房内注射黏弹剂的作用。方法回顾性分析2016至2017年白内障玻璃体联合手术术终因前房变浅注入黏弹剂30例（30眼），观察术中术后前房形成情况、人工晶状体位置和眼压变化。结果术后前房稳定形成，人工晶状体位置稳定。术后1d眼压较术前差异无明显统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术后3d眼压稳定，较术前差异无明显统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论术终前房内注入黏弹剂可使前房稳定形成，避免了因前房变浅导致的人工晶状体偏位或瞳孔夹持，且术后眼压稳定，无明显并发症。
Objective To observe the effect of injection of viscoelastic agent in anterior chamber at the end of vitrectomy combined phacoemulsification. Methods The data of 30 eyes of 30 patients who recieved vitrectomy combined phacoemulsification from 2016 to 2017 were retrospectively analysed. All cases recieved injection of viscoelastic agent in anterior chamber due to shallow anterior chamber at the end of combined surgery. The intraoperative and postoperative formation of anterior chamber and position of intraocular lens and intraocular pressure were observed. Results After surgery the anterior chamber formation and the position of intraocular lens were stable. The difference was not significant in intraocular pressure between 1 day postoperatively and preoperatively （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The intraocular pressure was stable 1-3 days postoperatively, and the difference was not significant （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Injection of viscoelastic agent in anterior chamber is a simple, safe and effective procedure, which can stabilize the formation of anterior chamber, avoid the deviation or gripping of intraocular lens due to shallow anterior chamber. And the postoperative intraocular pressure is stable without obvious complications.
