摘要
针对C110套管SSC试验合格率低的问题,通过分析C110套管生产工艺流程,对该套管的合金元素成分及热处理工艺进行研究。结果表明:Cr元素对提高C110套管的抗腐蚀性能有利好的影响,而热处理工艺的优化使C110套管的力学性能稳定性和耐腐蚀性能提高。
In view of the low pass rate of C110 casing SSC test, the alloy elements composition and heat treatment process of the casing were researched by the analysis of the production process of C110 casing. The results show that Cr element is good for the improvement of the corrosion resistance of C110 casing.The optimized heat treatment process can improve the stability of mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the casing.
