铜模吸铸法制备Zr-Cu-Ni-Al_x合金的性能及其稳定性研究

摘要 采用铜模吸铸法制备Zr-Cu-Ni-Alx合金。采用DSC、XRD、力学性能实验机和硬度计等分析了不同Al添加量的合金热稳定性和力学性能。结果表明:不同Al添加量的合金试样都在40°~50°的扫描角度范围内生成了明显衍射峰。随Al添加量的增加,其玻璃转变温度和初始晶化温度差值先上升后降低,峰值温度出现在x=3时。当Al添加量逐渐上升后,拉伸强度、硬度都不断增大,伸长率则先增加后降低,并且在x=3时达到最大伸长率13.16%。当x=3时合金的断面区域生成高密度的剪切带,且剪切带间存在紧密交割关系,具有更致密的脉状纹并且其排列状态也更加规则,合金的塑性提高了。 Zr-Cu-Ni-Alxalloy was prepared by copper-die casting, and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy with different Al content were analyzed by DSC, XRD, mechanical property testing machine and hardness tester.The results show that the specimens with different Al addition generates obvious diffraction peak in 40°-50° scan angle range.With the addition of Al, the difference of glass transition temperature and the initial crystallization temperature decreases first and then increases, and the peak temperature appears at x=3. When the amount of Al addition gradually increases, the tensile strength and hardness gradually increase, the elongation increases first and then decreases, and the elongation reaches the maximum of 13.16% at x=3. When x=3 alloy, the cross-section area of the alloy generates high density shear zone, and the shear zone generates close delivery relation, which have more dense vein lines and its range status becomes more regular, and the plasticity of the alloy improves.
