摘要
为了对甘肃省河西地区禽大肠杆菌进行耐药性检测及分析,试验采用纸片扩散法测定了各分离株对12种抗生素的敏感性。结果表明该地区大肠杆菌分离菌株对氧氟沙星、卡那霉素、庆大霉素、青霉素都存在较高的敏感性,对甲氧苄啶、氯霉素已经产生了耐药性。
