摘要
通过对柔性石墨环用在高温高压阀门盘根填料时,截面结构的分析和实施探索,创造地将楔形式"V"型柔性石墨环反"V"面夹角由120°改为125°,正"V"面夹角仍保留为120°的改造,不仅保证了石墨环的密封效果,而且大大延长了柔性石墨环的使用寿命。
Through the analysis and exploration of the cross section structure of flexible graphite ring used in packing of hightemperature and high pressure valve, the angle of reverse "V" plane of "V" flexible graphite ring with wedge form is changed from 120°to 125°. The modification of the angle of the positive "V" plane is still kept at 120°. The sealing effect of the graphite ring isensured and the service life of the flexible graphite ring is greatly prolonged.
