摘要 研究浅埋深特厚分层综放工作面开采超前支承压力的分布范围和强度,可指导工作面超前支护参数选定与优化。实测18041综放工作面的超前支承压力分布具有整体相对平缓,应力集中系数相对较低,影响范围小等特征。原因是煤层埋深比较浅、表土层较厚,基岩相对薄、顶板比较软,采动引起老顶及整个上覆基岩和表土层变形破坏,地面出现类似台阶式下沉,老顶在综放工作面推进方向上所能承受和传递上覆来压的下降,工作面前方的超前支承压力应力集中系数不断减小。 Aiming at the distribution range and intensity- of advanced abutment pressure in miming at slice fully-mechanized mining face extra-thick seam with shallow mining depth, the author probes into its distribution regulariU to guide the parameter selection and optimization of advanced support, which presents the characteristics of being relatively smooth wholly, relatively low stress concentration coefficient and small impact area in field measurement at 18041 working face and shows that no obvious bed separation and subsidence of roadway roof in front of coal wall, less plastic failure, rib spalling and roof fall of coal wall resuh from the characteristics of shallow mining depth, thick topsoil, relatively-thin bedrock and soft roof, which lead to the surface step subsidence by deformation in the old roof and whole overlying strata and topsoil.
