摘要
以无定型硅铝为载体,在实验室开展了制备条件对食品级白油加氢催化剂活性影响的研究。研究结果表明,双贵金属浸渍时p H对催化剂活性影响明显,p H为9~9.5时可以得到活性良好的催化剂;浸渍时间对催化剂也有一定影响,采用等体积浸渍后要保持10 h以上以利于浸渍液在载体内的充分扩散;在低压下还原的催化剂具有较高的加氢活性,考虑工业加氢装置的实际操作,建议贵金属催化剂采用预还原,其最高还原温度为450℃。
The effects of preparation conditions on food grade white oil hydrogenation catalyst activity were investigated in laboratory taking amorphous silicon aluminum as supporter.The research results showed that the pH took obvious influence on catalyst activity at double precious metal impregnation, and the catalyst reached high activity when the pH was at 9,0-9.5. The time of impregnation also had a certain effect on the catalyst.It should be maintained for more than 10 h to facilitate the complete diffusion of the impregnated liquid in the carrier after equal volume impregnation.The catalyst reduced at low pres - sure got higher hydrogenation activity.It was recommended that pre-reduction of noble metal catalyst was necessary and the reduction temperature was less than 450 ℃ according to the actual operation of industrial hydrogenation unit.
