摘要
以脆硫铅锑矿吹炼渣为原料,采用湿法浸出的工艺分别回收吹炼渣中的有价金属铅和锑,重点介绍了吹炼渣中锑和铅回收的工艺和条件。结果表明,采用HCl-NaCl浸出液冷却结晶后的结晶母液,经锑粉还原、水解、除杂、超声中和等工序可制备得到立方晶型Sb2O3;浸出液冷却后过滤得到的粗PbCl2,经精制、前驱物PbCO3的制备及前驱物的煅烧工序可得到β-PbO或Pb3O4。该工艺为湿法制备超细立方晶型Sb2O3提供了新的途径。
Using converting slag of jamesonit as raw material, Sb and Pb were recycled by using the wet method under regular HCI-NaCl leaching conditions.The process and conditions of recycling of Sb and Pb were mainly introduced.Results showed that the cubic Sb2O3 could be obtained from the crystal mother liquor (from cooling crystallization of HCl-NaCl leaching solution) after antimony powder reduction, hydrolysis, impurity removal and ultrasonic neutralization processes.The leaching solution was cooled and filtered to obtain crude PbCl2.The-PbO or Pb3O4 could be obtained after the preparation of the precursor PbCO3 and the calcination process of the precursor.The technology provided a new route for preparation of the superfine cubic Sb2O3 with wet process.
