摘要
研究了Na_2CO_3、甜菜碱表面活性剂、NaCl加量对水包油型乳状液稳定性和表观黏度的影响,利用TURBISCAN LAB稳定分析仪,哈克流变仪采用控制变量法分析了碱、表面活性剂、盐含量对乳状液稳定性和流变性的影响机理。结果表明,在活性剂体积分数为0.3%的条件下,Na_2CO_3质量浓度为500mg/L时形成的乳状液最稳定,稳定分析仪扫描1h试样平均背散射光强值变化值约为2.17%,且体系表观黏度较低,40℃下为96.3mPa·s,碱加量在500~4 000mg/L时,随着Na_2CO_3质量浓度增加,乳状液的稳定性降低,体系表观黏度增加;在Na_2CO_3质量浓度为500mg/L的条件下,随着表活性剂体积分数的增大,体系稳定性增强,当活性剂体积分数为0.3%时,体系表观黏度最低,40℃下为98.2mPa·s,活性剂体积分数在0.3%~0.7%时,随着活性剂体积分数增大,乳状液的稳定性增强,体系表观黏度增加;加入NaCl使乳状液的稳定性降低,且NaCl质量浓度越高、稳定性越差。
The effects of Na2CO3,betaine surfactant and NaCl dosage on the stability and apparent viscosity of oil-in-water emulsion were studied.the influence mechanism of alkali,surfactant and salt content on the stability and rheology of emulsion was analyzed by using turb iscan lab stability analyzer and Huck rheometer using control variable method.The results showed that the emulsion formed when the concentration of Na2CO3 was 500 mg/L was the most stable when the volume fraction of active agent was 0.3%.the change value of the average backscattered light intensity value bs of the 1 hsample scanned by the stability analyzer was about 2.17%,and the apparent viscosity of the system was low,96.3 mPa·s at 40℃ and 500-4 000 mg/L when the concentration of alkali was added,the stability of the emulsion decreased and the apparent viscosity of the system increased as the concentration of Na2CO3 increased.Under the condition of Na2CO3 mass concentration of 500 mg/L,the stability of the system increases with the increase of surfactant volume fraction.when the surfactant volume fraction is 0.3%,the apparent viscosity of the system is the lowest,98.2 mPa·s at 40℃and the surfactant volume fraction is 0.3%-0.7%.with the increase of surfactant volume fraction,the stability of the emulsion increases and the apparent viscosity of the system increases.The stability of the emulsion decreased with the addition of NaCl,and the higher the mass concentration of NaCl,the worse the stability.
