摘要
【目的】探讨玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合重组人表皮生长因子(recombinant human epidermal growth factor,rhEGF)滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。【方法】选取2017年1月至2017年12月在我院就诊的白内障术后干眼症患者210例,随机分为观察组(玻璃酸钠滴眼液+rhEG滴眼液,n=105)和对照组(玻璃酸钠滴眼液,n=105)。对比两组泪膜破裂时间(breakup time of tear film,BUT)、泪液分泌实验(schirmer I test,SIT)及荧光染色(fluorescence,FL)评分。【结果】观察组总有效率94.29%(99/105),与对照组总有效率76.19%(80/105)比较,显著升高(P<0.05)。治疗前观察组BUT[(6.21±1.91)s]、泪液分泌长度[(3.78±0.72)mm]和FL评分[(2.58±0.14)分]与对照组BUT[(6.24±2.12)s]、泪液分泌长度[(3.83±0.78)mm]和FL评分[(2.57±0.20)分]比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组BUT[(12.33±3.10)s]和泪液分泌长度[(10.27±1.31)mm]均显著长于对照组BUT[(10.39±3.15)s]和泪液分泌长度[(8.81±1.20)mm](P<0.05);FL评分[(0.45±0.12)分]显著少于对照组FL评分[(1.00±0.12)分](P<0.05)。【结论】玻璃酸钠滴眼液联合rhEG滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症效果显著,值得临床推广。
[Objective]To investigate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of sodium hyaluronate eyedrops combined with recombinant hu- man epidermal growth factor （rhEGF） eyedrops on dry eye after cataract surgery. [ Methods]A total of 210 cases with dry eye after cataract surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group （sodium hyaluronate eyedrops ＋ rhEG eyedrops, n=105） and control group （sodium hyaluronate eyedrops, n=105）. The BUT, tear secretion length and FL score were compared between the two groups. [ Results] The total effective rate in the observation group was 94.29% （99/105）, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.19% （80/105） （P〈0.05）. Before the treatment, there was no significant difference in BUT [（6.21 ± 1.91） s, （6.24 ± 2.12） s], length of tear secretion [（3.78 ± 0.72） mm, （3.83 ± 0.78） mm] and FL score [（2.58 ± 0.14）, （2.57 ± 0.20）] between the observation group and control group （P〈0.05）. After the treatment, the BUT [（12.33 ± 3.10） s] and tear secretion length [（10.27± 1.31） mm] in the observation group were significantly longer than those in the control group [（10.39 ＋ 3.15） s] and [（8.81 ± 1.20） mini （P〈0.05）, while the FL score [（0.45 ± 0.12）] was significantly lower than that in the control group [（1.00 ± 0.12）1 （P〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Sodium hyaluronate eyedrops combined with rhEG eyedrops in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery is significantly effective and worthy of clinical popularization.
