摘要
针对我国区域GNSS基准站网信息记录不规范、数据文件组织形式不一致、数据存储备份管理标准不统一、基准站网数据信息资源不共享等问题,研究分析GNSS基准站网信息资源涉及的具体内容,提出制定区域基准站网数据信息资源管理标准和搭建数据信息资源共享交换平台的思路与建议,以期达到基准站网数据信息资源规范化管理和共享利用的效果,对于提升区域GNSS基准站网运行维护管理水平和服务能力具有一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the problems that the information records of reference stations are nonstandard, the organization forms of data files are ineonformity, the management standards of data storage and backup are inconsistent, and the eommunication resources of the network are not shared, the paper studied on the related contents of GNSS network information resources, and proposed the idea and suggestion of setting the management standards of data information resources in regional reference station network and establishing the platform for data sharing and exchanging, in order to serve for standardized management and shared utilization of the data information. Results would provide a reference for improving the management level on operation and maintenance and the service capability of regional GNSS network.
