摘要
当前,由于资源性、时空性、污染性及浪费性等多种因素造成某些地区水资源危机问题突出。为平衡地区水资源供需,引水工程的修建十分必要。引水工程一般具有投资大、建设周期长、受自然条件和社会环境制约性强等特点,影响施工建设的因素众多,环境影响错综复杂。鉴于其多为分段施工,单个工段施工及影响时间较短,但是必须采取切实可行且有效的措施防止短期影响发展成长期影响。通过从废气、废水、噪声等方面分析引水工程施工期主要环境影响,提出相应的污染防治对策,为引水工程的环境影响评价及防治提供参考。
As water resource scarcily in some areas were prominent due to resources, pollution and other reasons, water diversion project is necessary to balance the supply and demand of regional water resources. Water diversion projects generally had the characteristics of large investment and long construction cycle. They are not only restricted by natural conditions and social environment, but also have complicated environmental impact. Though most of water diversion projects are constructed in sections with each section having a short time impact on the environment, effective measures must be taken to prevent short-term impact from developing into long-term impact as the construction proceeds. This paper analyzed the environmental impact of water diversion projects during the construction period in terms of waste gas, wastewater, and noise pollution, and proposed corresponding control methods in order to provide reference to related projects.
