长三角地区VOCs污染特征及优先控制策略 被引量:3

摘要 近年来,长三角地区以PM_(2.5)、O_3为特征的大气复合型污染形势严峻。局部地区化工园区与居民区长期毗邻,存在较大的人群健康风险。VOCs管控成为区域大气环境治理的热点。针对长三角地区环境空气质量持续改善、人居环境安全得到保障的实际需求,分析了区域VOCs污染排放特征,评估了VOCs排放对大气复合污染、人群健康风险的贡献,从总量减排、优先控制物质、优先控制区等方面着手,研究提出区域VOCs优先控制策略。 In recent years, the atmospheric compound pollution characterized by PM2.5 and O3 is severe in the Yangtze River Delta region. As paris of the chemical parks in the region are located near the residential areas, involving a high degree of human health risk, VOCs control becomes a key issue in the regional atmospheric environment management. In order to improve the ambient air quality and ensure the security of human settlements in the Yangtze River Delta region, this paper analyzed the pollution characteristics of VOCs, evaluated the contribution of VOCs emissions to atmospheric compound pollution and human health risks and on this basis, put forward the regional priority VOCs control strategy in terms of total emission reduction, priority control substances, and priority control areas.
