摘要
目的了解目前医院志愿者参与志愿服务的现状,发现其中问题,推动医院志愿服务长效发展。方法自制调查问卷对300名医院志愿者进行问卷调查,收回有效问卷286份。采用Epidata3. 0和SPSS19. 0进行数据录入和分析。结果 93. 7%的志愿者来自学校,66. 4%的志愿者表示医院缺少对志愿者足够知识与技能培训,21. 9%志愿者表示没有固定的时间参加志愿服务,72. 4%的志愿者表示由于学业或者工作的压力可能会退出志愿者服务,志愿者希望医院志愿服务的组织者能够提供一些激励措施。结论目前医院志愿服务组织形式单一,对志愿者培训不够,缺少配套的激励机制,需要进一步完善医院志愿者管理制度,以需求为导向开展志愿服务项目。
Objective: To understand the current situation of hospital volunteers participating in volunteer service, find problems, and promote the long - term development of hospital voluntary service. Methods : Using self - developed questionnaire, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 hospital volunteers, and 286 valid questionnaires were recovered. Epidata 3.0 and SPSS19.0 were used for data entry and analysis. Results : A total of 93.7% of the volunteers came from schools, 66.4% of the volunteers said that hospitals lacked enough knowledge and skill training for volunteers, 21.9% of the volunteers said that they had no fixed time to participate in voluntary stow-ice, 72.4% of the volunteers said that they might withdraw from voluntary service due to pressure from school or work, and volunteers hoped the organizers of the hospital volunteer stow-ice can provide some incentives. Conclusions:At present, hospital volunteer stow-ice organization form is single, the training for volunteers is not enough, and there is no supporting incentive mechanism. It needs to further improve management system of hospital volunteers, and carry out the voluntary stow-ices guided by demand.
