摘要
目的:探讨亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的疗效。方法:将50例重症病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例),对照组采取抗病毒、非甾体退热药退热、脱水降颅压、适时止惊等常规治疗,观察组在上述治疗基础上加用亚低温治疗,并给予鼠神经生长因子肌肉注射。对比2组患儿治疗前及治疗后第5天、第15天临床表现及血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平。结果:治疗第5天、第15天观察组临床总有效率高于对照组、NSE水平低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:亚低温联合鼠神经生长因子治疗可以减轻神经元受损,促进神经细胞及髓鞘的修复,减轻重症病毒性脑炎的临床表现,促进神经功能的恢复,从而达到脑保护的作用。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of nfild hypothermia combined with rat nerve growth factor on severe viral encephalitis in children. Methods : A total of 50 children with severe viral encephalitis were randomly divided into a control group ( 25 cases ) and an observation group (25 cases ). The control group was treated with routine antiviral therapy,non-steroidal antipyretic, reducing intraeranial pressure,and timely anti-shock treatment, etc. On the basis of the above treatment, mild hypothermia was added to the observation group, and rat growth factor was given. The clinical manifestations and serum levels of neuron specific enolase ( NSE ) between the two groups before and 5d,15d after the treatment were compared to judge the neurological recoverT status of the children. Results:On the 5th day of treatment, the total effective rate of clinical performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ), and the NSE level was lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The total effective rate of clinical performance of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 ) on the 15th day, and the NSE level was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion : Mild hypothermia combined with rat nerve growth factor can reduce neuron damage, promote repair of nerve ceils and myelin sheath, ameliorate clinical manifestations of the disease, improve the recovery of nerve function, and contribute to brain protection in the best way.
