摘要
随着经济全球化的快速发展,人才在勘察设计企业中的关键作用日益突出。如何建立科学合理的激励体系,有效激发人才潜能,是关乎企业可持续发展的重大战略任务。A公司基于工作动机理论,充分研究工作内部动机和外部动机十种因素,并结合国内外知识型员工激励理论研究基础,创新构建了包含任职资格体系、技术专家评选、创新型和复合型人才培养、个性化人员配置、薪酬福利激励、培训激励、文化激励、荣誉激励等八个维度的多元化激励体系。对国内同类型勘察设计企业员工激励体系有一定的借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of economic globalization, talents play an increasingly important role in survey and design enterprise. How to establish a scientific and reasonable incentive system and stimulate the potential of talents effectively is a major strategic task related to the sustainable development of enterprise. A corporation fully researches ten factors of internal motivation and external motivation, based on the theory of job motivation, domestic and international incentive theoretical research of knowledge staff. A corporation builds a diversified incentive innovation system, which contains eight dimensions : qualifications system, technical experts promotion, innovative and compound talents cultivation, personalize staffing, salary and welfare motivation, training motivation, culture motivation and honor motivation. The research has certain reference significance to the incentive system of staff in the same type of domestic survey and design enterprises.
