摘要
早醒型不寐患者大多在夜半阴阳交会之时发生,乃三阴不能按时所主,阴阳不能相顺接,卫阳早出于阴则寤。"六经病欲解时"理论认为,少阴、厥阴所主之时为阴阳转化的重要环节,是阴阳相交顺接的关键。若期间阳气来复太过或不及,少阴、厥阴不能按时所主,出现阴阳不和,则常表现为入睡后易早醒、醒后不易入睡的睡眠障碍。早醒型不寐患者常以少阴、厥阴欲解时为发病之时,常须辨时、辨证,辨清阳不入阴之发病机制,从而正确选择方药,助其阴阳之气相顺接,使机体达到阴平阳秘的动态平衡而使早醒向愈。
The insomnia of early-awakening type in patients mostly occurs at the point of the confluence of yin and yang during the midnight. According to the theory of ＂the time of six meridians diseases tending to be cured ＂, when shaoyin and jueyin in charge, it is an important link in the transformation of yin and yang and the key to the intersecting of yin and yang. If the yang is too much or too little during this period, shaoyin and jueyin can not be in charge on time, so the disharmony of yin and yang appear. This is often manifested as a sleep disorder that patients wake up early after going to sleep or are hard to fall asleep after waking up. Insomnia of early-awakening type often attacks patients when their shaoyin and jueyin are about to recover. This needs time differentiation, syndrome differentiation and differentiation of the pathogenesis mechanism of the state of clear yang out of yin, so as to correctly select prescriptions and herbs to help the connection of yin and yang to achieve the dynamic balance of coordination between vin and vann. and then the early-awakening symptoms can be cured.
