摘要
为评价风险管理在肛肠科老年住院患者护理中的应用效果,将2016年4月至2017年4月山东省德州市立医院肛肠科收治的90例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上接受护理风险管理。观察比较2组患者住院期间出现的风险事件发生率,以及住院期间的临床护理满意度。结果显示,观察组风险事件发生率8.9%(4/45)显著低于对照组的51.1%(23/45).差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者护理满意度95.6%(43/45)高于对照组的86.6%(39/45).差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果表明.在肛肠科老年住院患者中实施护理风险管理效果显著,通过有效风险管理提高了护士的风险意识和应对能力,减少了风险事件的发生,保障了患者的安全,提高了患者的护理满意度。
To evaluate the efficacy of risk management applied in the nursing senior eoloproctological dis- ease patients,90 cases admitted in author＇s hospital（2016-04--2017-04） were randomly divided into obser- vation group（45 cases,received nursing risk management based on routine nursing） and control one（45 ca- ses,still routine nursing）,then both groups＂ incidence of risk events and nursing satisfactory degree during hospital stay were compared.As results ,in above two indexes observation group was respectively lower and higher than control one, there was all significantly statistical difference between observation group and con- trol one[8.9%（4/45） vs 51.0%（23/45）,95.6%（43/45） vs 86.6%（30/45）, P 〈0.05].Results show that implementing effective risk management has significant efficacy for senior coloproetological disease pa- tients, enhance nurses＇ risk consciousness and copy ability, reduce events＇ incidence, protect patients＇ safety, also uplift nursing satisfactory degree.
