摘要
毛泽东在领导中国革命和建设的过程中,非常重视工作方法,在长期的实践摸索中形成了以调查研究为基础,矛盾分析为核心,群众路线为实质的三位一体的完整工作方法体系。调查研究是反对党内主观主义的着力点,矛盾分析是确立工作任务的前提,贯彻群众路线是工作方法的本质要求,三者是有机的统一体。
Mao Zedong attached great important to working methods in the process of Chinese revolution and construction. Based on his experience for a long time, he formed a complete system of the working methods, which takes social investigation as its foundation, contradiction analysis as its core, and the mass line as essential methods. The social investigation is an acting point against subjectivism in the Party, contradiction analysis is the premise of establishment of tasks, the mass line is the basic requirement. All these three elements form an organic unity .
