摘要
民国政府为保证民国时期大学教学质量监控功能的有效发挥,在国家层面从入口到出口进行了全程性的制度设计。民国时期的大学,在国家层面规范的宏观指导下,根据学校的具体情境,细化为相应的规程或细则,建立了从入口到出口的完整教学质量监控流程,指导着学校管理人员、教师和学生的具体教学质量监控活动,形成了全程性、突出本体功能性、完全传递性等特点,其经验可为当今高校"双一流"建设提供了一些参考。
The Republic of China government conducted full- scale system design from entry to exit at the state level in order to effectively exert the supervision and control function of university teaching quality during the Republic of China. Under the guidance of the national norms and macroscopically, the universities in the Republic of China established a complete teaching quality monitoring process from entrance to the export of complete teaching quality monitoring and control process, to guide school administrators, teachers and students of the specific teaching quality monitoring activities, formed the full process, functionality and completely transitive characteristics, and its experience can provide a certain reference ideas for the construction of the world-class university and discipline construction.
