摘要
胸科手术后疼痛常常不利于患者术后恢复,有的甚至发展为慢性疼痛,长期影响患者的生活质量,对胸科手术患者实施术后镇痛很有必要。由于超声引导下区域阻滞安全性高,效果确切,在胸科手术的术后镇痛中应用越来越广。本文就超声引导下区域阻滞在胸科手术后镇痛的临床应用进行综述,为胸科手术患者实施更加安全及有效的术后镇痛提供依据。
Pain after chest surgery is negative impacted to the recovery of patients. If the management is ineffective, it even can develop to chronic pain that affect the patient＇s long-term quality of life. The implementation of perioperative analgesia in patients undergoing chest surgery is necessary. Due to its excellent safety and efficacy, ultrasound-guided regional block for thoracic surgery has been more widely used. This article reviews the clinical application of ultrasound-guided regional block in analgesia for thoracic surgery and provides basic evidence for safer and more effective perioperative analgesia in patients undergoing thoracic surgery.
