摘要 目的探讨曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合舒血宁对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者神经功能及血液高凝状态的影响。方法选取医院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的ACI患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各49例。两组患者均给予常规对症支持治疗,对照组患者给予舒血宁,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上加用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物,均治疗2周。结果治疗后,两组患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者运动功能量表(FMA)评分和自理能力量表(BI)评分均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组治疗总有效率为95. 91%,明显高于对照组的81. 63%(P <0. 05);两组患者血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、高切黏度、低切黏度、血浆黏度水平均降低,且观察组各指标均低于对照组(P <0. 05);两组患者均未发生影响治疗的严重不良反应。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物联合舒血宁可改善ACI患者神经功能受损程度,改善血液高凝状态,临床疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with Shuxuening on neurological function and blood hypercoagulability in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods Totally 98 patients with ACI admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 49 cases in each group. The two groups were given routine symptomatic support treatment, the control group was given Shuxuening, on this basis, the observation group was treated with troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks. Results After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were decreased, and that in the observa- tion group was lower than that in the control group(P 〈 0. 05). The scores of Fugl- Meyer Motor Assessment(FMA) and Barthel index (BI) in the two groups were significantly increased, and those in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P 〈 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.91%, which was significantly higher than 81.63% of the control group (P 〈 0. 05). The levels of plasma fibrinogen(FIB), mean platelet volume(MPV), high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in the two groups were decreased, and the indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P 〈 0.05). No serious adverse reaction was observed in the two groups. Conclusion Troxerutin and cerebroprotein hydrolysate combined with Shuxuening can improve the degree of neurological impairment and blood hypercoagulability in the treatment of ACI patients. The clinical effect is significant and the safety is high, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
