摘要
以化工制剂混配料生产线控制系统为研究对象,运用台达BC Net-DVP网络模块、可编程控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)、触摸屏、变频器、调速电机、无线传感网络等,提出基于台达DIA View云平台网络型混配料产线控制系统设计思路,实现产线远程监控,物料配方远程下载,故障信息远程报警,工作量数据统计等功能。为提高其动作响应速度及系统稳定性,搭建测试平台进行试验验证,提出基于多通道传输网络数据交换机制,以保障数据实时高效传输及系统稳定运行,以期为化工业混配料生产线控制系统网络化、智能化提供理论基础与技术支持。
Taking control system of chemical preparation mixer as the research object, the design based on DIAview cloud platform was put forward to study network - type mixer control system by using BC Net - dvp network moduleof DELTA, PLC ( programmable logic controller), touch screen, inverter, adjustable speed motor, wireless sensornetwork, etc. , which realized long distance monitoring of production line, remote downloading of material formula,alarm of fault information, statistics of workload data, and so on. In order to improve the response speed and thestability of system, a test platform was put up, and a data exchange mechanism based on multi - channel transmissionnetwork was proposed to ensure real - time and efficient transmission of data and stability of the system. It provides thetheoretical foundation and technical support for control of networked mixture production line of chemical industry.
