摘要
目的:观察筋针疗法配合手法治疗术后膝关节僵硬的临床疗效。方法:收集我院2015年8月—2017年12月之间120例术后膝关节僵硬的患者,采用随机1∶1分为筋针组和对照组各60例,筋针组采用筋针疗法配合手法治疗,对照组采用单纯的手法治疗。在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后、治疗6周后中采用VAS疼痛评分标准、HSS膝关节功能评估标准及治疗前后采用膝关节活动度测量进行疗效比较。结果:在治疗前、治疗2周后、治疗4周后、治疗6周后采用VAS疼痛评分标准、HSS膝关节功能评估标准的值;同时在治疗前后测量膝关节的屈曲和伸展活动角度值,筋针组采用筋针疗法配合手法治疗术后膝关节僵硬后的评估值明显高于手法治疗术后膝关节僵硬,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:筋针疗法配合手法治疗术后膝关节僵硬疗效显著,值得临床应用推广。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of postoperative knee stiffness. Methods ： One hundred and twenty patients with postoperative knee stiffness between August 2015 and December 2017 in our hospital were collected, and randomly divided into 60 patients in the fasciculus group and the control group by 1： 1. The fasciculus group was treated with fasciculus combined with manipulation, while the control group was treated with simple manipulation. VAS pain score criteria, HSS knee function evaluation criteria and knee range of motion before and after treatment were used before, 2 weeks af- ter treatment, 4 weeks after treatment and 6 weeks after treatment. Results： VAS pain score criteria and HSS knee function evaluation criteria were used before treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, 4 weeks after treatment and 6 weeks after treatment. At the same time, the flexion and extension Angle of the knee were measured before and after the treatment. The evaluation value of the knee joint after the treatment with acupuncture combined with manipulation was significantly higher than that after the treatment with manipulation （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture combined with manipulation is effective in treating postoperative knee stiffness, which is worthy of clini- cal application.
