摘要
目的了解Teach back模式在糖尿病患者健康教育中的运用情况。方法选择2017年1—8月的2型糖尿病患者50例作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各25例。观察组患者进行Teach back健康教育,对照组接受常规健康教育,对比两组患者的具体情况。结果观察组的血糖控制情况优于对照组,观察组患者糖尿病健康知识掌握情况优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 Teach back模式运用于糖尿病患者健康教育中可以提高患者对健康知识的掌握率,提高患者血糖控制的效果,有效改善患者糖尿病病情,应用效果良好。
Objective To understand the application of Teach back mode in health education for diabetic patients. Methods 50 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes from January to August 2017 were selected as the study objects and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The observation group received Teach back health education and the control group received routine health education. The specifc situations of the two group of patients were compared. Results The blood glucose control of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group. The knowledge of diabetes health in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Teach back mode can be used in the health education of diabetic patients to improve the patient's knowledge of health knowledge, improve the effect of patients' blood sugar control, effectively improve the patient's diabetes condition, and the application effect is good.
