摘要
以广东省内某大型水利枢纽工程中的混凝土纵向围堰基础处理方式为例,介绍了CFG桩复合地基设计要求、技术参数和施工工艺,并利用低应变法、单桩竖向抗压静载试验和单桩复合地基静载试验等检测方法对其应用效果进行评价。检测结果表明,CFG桩的桩身完整性良好,单桩竖向承载力及单桩复合地基承载力均能满足设计要求,且复合地基沉降量均匀,地基承载效果良好,试验结果可为混凝土围堰基础处理提供参考依据。
CFG pile composite foundation is an important treatment for foundations. In the article, foundation treatment of the longitudinal concrete cofferdam of certain large water conservancy project in the Guangdong Province is illustrated to introduce the design requirement, technical parameters and construction technology. Furthermore, low-strain integrity test, vertical compressive static load test on single pile and vertical compressive static load test on single pile composite foundation are utilized to evaluate the application effect of CFG pile composite foundation. The result shows that the pile body of CFG pile is fine and the bearing capacity of single pile and composite foundation comply with the design requirement. Moreover, amount of precipitation of composite foundation is even. The bearing effect of composite foundation is good. It plays an important role to provide reference to foundation treatment of concrete cofferdam.
