摘要
目的探讨血清1,25-二羟基维生素D_3[1,25-(OH)_2D_3]、白介素(interleukin,IL)-17、IL-35及基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)水平与哮喘急性发作期患儿病情严重程度的相关性。方法选取2016年1月至2018年1月本院收治的285例哮喘急性发作期患儿为研究对象,根据病情严重程度将其分为轻度组(77例)、中度组(119例)和重度组(89例),并选取同期于本院体检的80例健康儿童纳入对照组。比较各组儿童血清1,25-(OH)_2D_3、IL-17、IL-35与MMP-9水平。结果四组儿童的血清1,25-(OH)_2D_3、IL-17、IL-35及MMP-9水平比较差异均有显著性(P_均<0.05),且两两比较均有显著差异(P_均<0.05);血清1,25-(OH)_2D_3和IL-35水平:对照组>轻度组>中度组>重度组;血清MMP-9和IL-17水平:对照组<轻度组<中度组<重度组。结论哮喘急性发作期患儿的血清1,25-(OH)_2D_3和IL-35水平显著降低,MMP-9和IL-17水平显著升高,与疾病严重程度有关,具有潜在的临床价值。
Objective To investigate file correlation between serum levels of 1,25-dihydroxyvitoxnin D3 [1,25-(OH)2D3], interleukin (IL)-17, IL-35, matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and disease severity of asthma in children with acute exacerbation of asthma. Method 285 children with acute exacerbation of asthma from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled the study and divided into the mild group (77 cases), moderate group (119 cases) and severe group (89 cases). Serum levels of 1,25-(OH)2D3, IL-17, IL-35 and MMP-9 were compared among four group. Result There were significant differences in serum levels of 1,25-(OH)2D3, IL-17, IL-35 and MMP-9 levels among four groups (Pall 〈 0.05), serum levels of 1,25-(OH)2D3 mid IL-35: control group 〉 mild group 〉 moderate group 〉 severe group, while serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-17: control group 〈 mild group 〈 moderate group 〈 severe group. Conclusion Serum levels of 1,25-(OH)2D3 and IL-35 significantly decrease in children with acute exacerbation of asthma, while serum levels of MMP-9 and IL-17 significantly increase. These levels are related to the disease severity, so it had potential clinical value.
