摘要
社会经济快速发展背景下,各类企业均认识到人才、技术是决定企业竞争实力的主要因素。从当前各行业领域人才培养实际看,仍存在较多不足之处,以创新型人力资源管理专业人才培养为例,无论从培养模式或师资力量方面均难以满足人才培养需求,要求采取有效的优化策略。
Under the background of the rapid social and economic development, all kinds of enterprises have realized that talents and technology are the main factors that determine the competitiveness of enterprises. From the perspective of the current practice of talent cultivation in various industries, there are still many deficiencies. Taking the innovative talents training of human resource management specialty as the example, it is difficult to meet the demand of talent training in terms of training mode or teaching staff, so we need to adopt effective optimization strategy.
