摘要
办公室工作是企业管理工作的重要组成部分,其工作性质较为特殊,与企业的生产和经营关系密切。办公室工作内容较多,涉及的工作人员较多,同时工作责任重要,一旦出现工作失误就会影响企业的工作效率。论文对现代企业办公室管理的主要作用进行了阐述,并对企业办公室管理工作中存在的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进和优化现代企业办公室管理的对策,希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。
Office work is an important part of the enterprise management work, the nature of which is relatively special, and has a close relationship with the production and management of the enterprise.
