农村留守儿童的体验教育干预与机制构建——基于湖北农村留守儿童师资生态调研的实证研究

摘要 留守儿童教育是农村教育的薄弱环节,当前农村留守儿童的教育普遍存在亲养缺失与身心智教育缺乏等问题,引起了社会各界关注。因此,应针对农村留守儿童教育的薄弱环节予以积极干预,实施主动干预机制,尤其在认知教育、安全教育、社会参与教育上,要充分发挥学校教育和教育配套的积极作用,从而建立起以乡村教师为核心的体验教育机制,确保农村留守儿童获得公平、优质的教育。 The education of left-behind children is a weak link in rural education. Currently, absence of parenting and lack of physical, mental and intelligent education ere are common problems in the education of rural left-behind children, which have drawn wide attention from all circles of the society. Therefore, we should take initiative to intervene in the weak link of rural left-behind children education, implement proaetive intervention mechanism, particularly in cognitive education, safety education and social participation education, give full play to the positive role of school education and supporting education infrastructure, so as to build an experience education mechanism with rural teachers as the core power, ensure rural left-behind children having the access to fair and quality education.
