摘要
将改性后的功能型富勒烯用作药物载体已成为一个研究热点。越来越多的研究表明功能型富勒烯在药物载体领域具有光明的应用前景。本文概述了几种常见的水溶性富勒烯和功能型富勒烯药物载体,并分别对其研究现状进行了介绍,对多功能型富勒烯药物载体研究的前景进行了展望,旨在促进富勒烯作为药物载体在生物医学领域的深层次发展。
Using modified functional fullerene as drug carrier has been a research hotspot. More and more studies indicated that the functional fullerenes have bright application prospects in the field of drug carriers. In this paper,several common water-soluble fullerenes and functional fullerenes were summarized,and their current research statuses were introduced respectively. The prospect of the research on multi-functional fullerene drug carrier was prospected at last,in order to promote the deeper development of the fullerenes as drug carrier in the biomedical field.
