摘要
医学检验对取自人体的物质所进行的微生物学、细胞学、血液学、生物化学、遗传学、生物物理学、免疫学等某一方面或多方面的检验医学,检验结果作为治疗疾病、评估健康状况以及为健康的诊断、预防等目的所提供有针对性信息的一门学科,也是指临床上常用的诊断前的辅助手段。在检验分析过程中检验员除了学科本身的知识牢固掌握和运用,还有处理好检验工作中涉及到的伦理问题,把握好检验中的伦理原则,本文通过参考已有的研究成果就精神卫生中心检验中的相关涉及到的伦理问题进行深入的讨论分析,希望通过本文的探究和实践工作总结,能给我国检验领域的医疗行业带来一定的参考和借鉴价值。
Medical examination is a laboratory medicine to carry on one or more aspects of microbiology, cytology, hematology, biochemistry, genetics, biophysics, and immunology examination for substance of human body, related results provide targeted information on purpose of disease treatment, health assessment, and diagnosis and prevention of disease, including clinical auxiliary means before diagnosis. During examination and analysis, laboratory assistants should grasp and apply subject knowledge strongly, and deal with ethical problems and ethical principles involved in examination well. The article discusses and analyzes related ethical issues involved in examination of mental health center deeply based on existing research results, and summarzies exploration and practice to bring some reference value for medical examination industry field.
