摘要
中国消费者协会自1984年成立以来,在维护消费者合法权益和改善中国消费环境中发挥了不可替代的作用。然而其"半官方"的色彩也一直饱受争议,在新时期下,中国消费者协会究竟路在何方?从中国消费者协会的性质、职能、组织机构和运作机制出发,通过和消费者权益保护局、香港地区消费者委员会的比较,希冀获得对中国消费者协会一个更加全面的认识,从而更好地发挥其在解决消费纠纷、维护消费者合法权益中的作用。
The Chinese consumers' association has played an important part in protecting consumers' interests and improving the commercial environment since its establishment in 1984.Due to the CCA's controversial character,we have to think how to develop it in the new period.This thesis tries hard to introduce CCA from its character,functions,organization and mechanism etc.At the same time,the thesis also tries to obtain the comprehensive cognition of the CCA by comparision with HK,in order to solve the expense dispute and protect the consumers' interests better.
