摘要
鉴于大学生日趋严重的单纯性肥胖问题,需要对我国肥胖大学生健身运动处方的研究工作进行反思;通过查阅文献,对国内外运动处方实施的运动方式、运动强度等方面深入分析,探究适合我国肥胖大学生的健身运动处方。结果发现:国内运动处方的运动方式和强度等保守、单一,"重过程"却忽略了干预前后辅助工作的重要性;运动处方的普及宣传力度严重不足等原因导致大学生身体活动参与的促进工作久不见成效。结论:我国对肥胖相关运动处方的研究仍要继续,但应当转变实践过程中的"超价观念";注重干预前后的辅助工作;加强运动处方的推广工作,采取有效措施促进肥胖大学生的身体活动参与。
In view of the increasingly serious simple obesity problem of college students, it is necessary to rethink the research work on the exercise prescription of obesity college students in China. Through the literature review, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the sports mode, sports intensity and auxiliary measures before and after the intervention of the domestic and foreign sports prescriptions, and explores the suitable obesity in our country. The results showed that the sports prescriptions in China were conservative and single in the way and intensity of exercise, but the importance of supplementary work before and after intervention was neglected. The conclusion is that the study of obesity related sports prescriptions in China should continue, but we should change the “hyper price concept” in the process of practice, pay attention to the auxiliary work before and after intervention, strengthen the promotion of exercise prescription, and take effective measures to promote the physical activities of obese college students.
