摘要
针对油田核桃壳滤床反冲洗技术中存在的问题,建立了轴向涡轮为动力的轴向动态反冲洗方法,轴向涡轮流体力学性能好坏是反冲洗效能的关键。研究利用翼型理论和曲面方程构建涡轮翼型叶片方程,并基于叶栅理论建立组合多维叶片涡轮模型。分析涡轮场分布规律,探讨压能场和速度场分布以及流场耦合规律。
In view of the problems existing in the baekwashing technology of walnut shell filter bed in oil field, an axial dynamic baekwashing method based on axial turbine is established. The hydroynamie performance of axial turbine is the key to baekwashing efficiency. The blade equation of turbine airfoil is constructed by using airfoil theory and surface equation, and the combined multi - dimensional blade turbine model is established based on cascade theory. The distribution law of turbine field is analyzed, and the distribution of pressure field and velocity field as well as the coupling rule of flow field are discussed.
