摘要
伊马替尼是首例成功应用在分子靶向治疗的特效药物,其合成方法备受瞩目,特别是其中间体的合成。本文综述现有伊马替尼的合成路径,以期为后续合成更经济绿色简单的合成做参考。
Imatinib is the first specific drug successfully applied in molecular targeted therapy, and its synthesis method has attracted much attention, especially the synthesis of its intermediates. This paper reviews the existing synthetic pathways of imatinib in order to make reference for the more economical and simple synthesis of subsequent synthesis.
