四川德昌大陆槽某稀土尾矿工艺矿物学分析 被引量:2

摘要 四川德昌大陆槽稀土矿开发利用过程中堆积的稀土尾矿有用矿物含量多,如不合理利用,不仅造成资源浪费,还会污染环境。对德昌大陆槽某稀土尾矿样品进行工艺矿物学分析,结果表明,该稀土尾矿REO品位2. 42%,主要有用矿物为氟碳铈矿、重晶石、天青石及萤石,脉石矿物以钾长石、斜长石、碳酸盐矿物及石英为主;有用矿物与脉石矿物紧密共生,具有铁和细泥含量高、粒度分布"两头多、中间少"的特点,适合采用强磁选—浮选回收稀土矿物、重选—浮选联合工艺回收天晶石与重晶石、重选尾矿浮选回收萤石。工艺矿物学分析结果可为该资源的综合利用提供基础依据。 There are a lot of useful minerals in rare-earth tailings which had been deposited in the process of the development and utilization of Dalucao rare-earth ore in Dechang County Sichuan Province.And the useful minerals would pollute environment and be a large waste of resources if not be reasonable used.The process mineralogy of Dechang Dalucao rare-earth tailings was researched.The results showed that REO grade of the rare-earth tailings was 2.42%,the main useful minerals were bastnaesite,barite,lapis lazuli and fluorite,potassium feldspar,plagioclase,carbonate minerals and quartz were the main gangue minerals.Useful minerals were closely associated with gangue minerals.The rare-earth tailings had the characteristics of high iron and mud content,particle size distribution in more at both ends and less in the middle,strong magnetic separation-Flotation recycling rare-earth minerals,gravity concentration- flotation combined technology recycling barite and Lapis lazuli,flotation recycling fluorite from gravity concentration were appropriate.Process mineralogy analysis results could provide the bases for comprehensive utilization of the reourse.
