磷石膏充填材料与技术发展现状及展望 被引量:12

摘要 磷石膏堆存量大、利用率低,矿井充填材料消耗量大,原料适应性强。磷石膏利用和矿井充填相结合,不仅可以解决磷石膏堆存问题,而且可以为矿山提供充足的充填材料。结合目前国内磷石膏充填材料和技术发展现状,分析存在的问题和改进方向,得出磷石膏胶结充填技术便于推广,充填材料成本低、性能优异、制备工艺简单,经济和社会效益显著,充填材料适应性需要进一步提高。半水磷石膏膏体充填技术在充填成本和磷石膏利用率方面更具优势,成为磷石膏充填技术发展新方向。随着磷石膏充填技术的不断发展成熟,"矿化一体"新型循环经济产业模式将成为磷化工行业和矿山行业的重要发展方向之一。 The phosphogypsum has the obvious characteristics of large stockpile and low utilization rate, and the mine filling has a large consumption of filling materials and strong adaptability to raw materials. The combination of phosphogypsum utilization and mine filling can not only solve the problem of phosphogypsum stockpiling, but also provide filling materials for mine continuously. Based on the development status of Phosphogypsum filling material and technique in out county, the existing problems and improvement directions are discussed. The results show that the phosphogypsum filling technique is easy to be popularized, meanwhile, the filling materials has the characteristics of low cost, excellent performance, simple preparation process, remarkable economic and social benefits, the adaption of the filling material should be further improved. The paste filling technology of hemi-hydrate phosphogypsum has more advantages in the cost of filling and utilization rate of phosphogypsum, and it will become a new direction of phosphogypsum filling technique. With the development and maturity of phosphogypsum filling technique, "mine-chemical integration" new type industrial model of circular economy will become the important direction of phosphorus chemical industry and mining industry.
